    Abstrak

    Abstract

    This paper addresses the integration challenges of cyber-physical systems (CPS) in manufacturing environments. We analyze architectural frameworks and propose solutions for implementing Industry 4.0 technologies in traditional manufacturing facilities.

    Integration Challenges:

    • Legacy system integration with modern CPS
    • Real-time data processing and communication
    • Cybersecurity in industrial control systems
    • Human-machine interface design
    • Scalability and interoperability

    Proposed Solutions:

    • Reference architectural framework for CPS integration
    • Middleware solutions for legacy system connectivity
    • Security-by-design approaches for industrial IoT
    • Digital twin implementations for process optimization
    • Edge computing architectures for real-time control

    The study provides practical guidelines for manufacturers transitioning to Industry 4.0.
